I was here for 3 days and would stay here again. The hotel was little, and I appreciated incredibly nice staff and lovely room. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, for example, International Tennis Hall of Fame was not too far away from the property. It also was to pier area.

the location was marvellous and stunning, not too far away from lewes priory park. the double room was tastefully decorated, it included central heating, an iron, and a cable tv. the most important was the staff - nice and very pleasant people.

How it stacks up, my honest take
Charming stay with a good ambiance. Rooms are clean and well-decorated, though expect some noise from fellow guests. Breakfast on the first day was pleasant, but the selection dwindled. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking is convenient. No gym or common areas to socialize, which might be a downside for some.

Its location in Newport was great, adjacent to site seeing, beaches, mansions and transportation center, and Newport downtown. The hotel room was beautifully decorated, good sized.

Reasons to love it, and reasons not to
The location is fantastic! Allowing easy access to restaurants and the wharf. Breakfast options were good and the staff was friendly and eager to help.
Rooms can feel cramped and outdated, with noise from neighboring guests sometimes disrupting sleep. The shower pressure was inconsistent.

Dining near Bellevue House was a highlight! The Picnic Cafe had the best grab-and-go sandwiches that fueled our adventures, and Jo's American Bistro served up some of the tastiest brunch options I've ever had. Our King Room was fab, and the bathroom updates were on point!

Charming historic stay with great breakfast
The breakfast was a highlight, with options like fresh fruit and quiche that fueled our adventures each day. Located conveniently within walking distance to downtown attractions, we loved being able to explore without needing our car. One thing to note is that the check-in process could be better communicated as we had to find a separate location to check in.
